What Are You Planning to Build or Change?

Your information is secure and never sold. We answer 24/7.

Where Does Your Request Go From Here?

  1. We read the whole note

We read what you wrote: the town, the kind of project and anything already on your mind, such as a damp basement, a septic system of unknown age or a lot you are thinking of buying. Then we reach out to set a time to see the property.
  2. We walk the property with you

On open land we look at the slope, the drive, any ledge and the spots a well and a septic system could use. In a house we look at the foundation, the framing in view and the walls a remodel would open, all before a price is written.
  3. Plans and a fixed price, in writing

Your contract carries the complete plans and one fixed price, and Maine law keeps the first payment on any home job over $3,000 to a third of the price. Once the build starts, Joe Hausler reviews every phase before the crew moves on.

We build and remodel in Portland and the 21 towns closest to it: Falmouth, Cumberland and Freeport up the coast, Westbrook, Gorham and Windham to the west, and South Portland, Scarborough and Saco to the south. See every town we serve
